Child Safety Standards

Operated by BEL Investigations Inc.

British Columbia, Canada

Effective date: 24 September 2026

Naseeb has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Naseeb is an adults-only service. Nobody under 18 may create an account, appear in a profile, or take part in any conversation on Naseeb, and we act on every credible report we receive.

1. Scope

These standards apply to the Naseeb website at naseeb.love, the Naseeb iOS and Android applications, the web application at app.naseeb.love, and every part of the service where a person can submit content or communicate — profiles, photographs, free-text answers, character references, wali invitations and private chat.

They apply to everyone who uses Naseeb: applicants, members, walis (guardians) invited into a conversation, and character references contacted during review.

2. What we prohibit

The following are prohibited on Naseeb without exception, and are grounds for immediate and permanent removal:

These prohibitions are also reflected in the rules users accept when they apply, and they apply regardless of the local law of the user’s country, the user’s stated intentions, or any claim of consent.

3. How we prevent minors from using Naseeb

Naseeb is not an open network. The measures below are structural: they are how the product works, not optional settings.

4. How to report

Anyone can report suspected CSAE to us, whether or not they are a Naseeb member and whether or not they still have the app installed.

Please include whatever you can: the account name shown to you, the approximate date and time, and what you saw. Do not download, copy, forward or re-send any suspected child sexual abuse material to us or to anyone else — describing it is enough, and we can retrieve the content ourselves. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Reports may be made anonymously. We do not disclose the identity of a reporter to the reported user.

5. How we respond

Reports of CSAE are treated as our highest priority and are escalated ahead of all other queues.

6. Reporting to authorities

We report apparent child sexual abuse material and apparent child sexual exploitation to the appropriate authority. As a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, we report to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection (Cybertip.ca) in accordance with Canadian law, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where the matter has a United States nexus. Where a report concerns a user in another country, we report to the competent national authority for that country in addition, where one exists.

We cooperate with valid requests from law enforcement and child protection agencies investigating CSAE, and we preserve records on request. Reporting to authorities does not depend on the reporter asking us to do so, and we report regardless of whether the account holder deletes their account.

7. Our team and training

Naseeb’s applications are reviewed by a named internal team rather than by automated approval. The people who carry out that review, and who handle reports, are briefed on these standards, on how to recognise indicators of CSAE and underage use, on the requirement to escalate immediately rather than investigate alone, and on handling suspected material without viewing, copying or distributing it beyond what is necessary.

8. Child safety point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including enquiries from app stores, regulators, child protection organisations and law enforcement, is:

General questions about the service, and privacy requests, can go to info@naseeb.love instead. How we handle personal information, including identity documents and retention periods, is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Review of these standards

We review these standards at least once a year, and whenever we change how members are verified, matched or able to communicate. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
