Naseeb Concierge Service Agreement

This Concierge Service Agreement (“Agreement”) applies when you purchase the Naseeb Concierge service and supplements the Naseeb Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Naseeb Code of Conduct. If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Use regarding the Concierge service, this Agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.

1. Concierge Service

The Naseeb Concierge service provides a dedicated matchmaking search based on the criteria and preferences you provide to Naseeb.

The Concierge service costs US$2,000 for a three-month search period, inclusive of applicable taxes as presented at checkout. The service does not automatically renew. A new Concierge term must be purchased if you wish to continue after the three-month period.

The three-month service period begins on the date confirmed by Naseeb when your Concierge search is activated.

2. What Naseeb Will Do

During the Concierge period, Naseeb may:

• review your profile, preferences and deal-breakers;
• identify and assess potential candidates within or outside the Naseeb user base;
• communicate with you regarding potential candidates;
• approach a specific person at your request where Naseeb considers the request appropriate; and
• facilitate an introduction where both parties agree to proceed.

Naseeb determines how searches and outreach are conducted and may decline to approach a person where doing so would be inappropriate, unlawful, unsafe or inconsistent with Naseeb’s standards.

3. Contacting People Who Are Not Naseeb Users

Where Naseeb approaches a person who is not already a Naseeb user, Naseeb will ordinarily begin with a non-identifying description of the Concierge client.

Naseeb will not disclose your identity, contact information or other identifying profile information to that person unless and until disclosure is appropriate for a consensual introduction.

A person contacted by Naseeb is under no obligation to respond, join Naseeb or consider an introduction.

4. No Guarantee

Concierge is a professional search and introduction service, not a guarantee of results.

Naseeb does not guarantee that it will identify a person meeting all of your criteria, that any potential candidate will be interested, that an introduction will occur, or that an introduction will result in a relationship, engagement or marriage.

The Concierge fee pays for the search and matchmaking service performed during the three-month period and does not purchase a particular match or outcome.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to promptly inform Naseeb of material changes that may affect your search.

You must treat potential candidates respectfully and comply with the Naseeb Terms of Use and Naseeb Code of Conduct.

You may update reasonable preferences during the Concierge period. Material changes that substantially alter the scope of the search may require Naseeb to reassess the search strategy or available candidates.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may ask Naseeb to stop the Concierge search at any time.

Because Concierge involves dedicated matchmaking work that begins after activation, payments are non-refundable once the Concierge search has commenced, except where a refund, cancellation right, cooling-off period or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If Naseeb cancels the Concierge service for reasons unrelated to your breach of this Agreement, the Terms of Use or the Naseeb Code of Conduct, Naseeb may provide an appropriate refund for the unperformed portion of the service, subject to applicable law.

7. Suspension or Termination

Naseeb may suspend or terminate the Concierge service where you provide materially false information, misuse the service, harass or threaten another person, violate another person’s privacy, engage in fraud or other serious misconduct, or materially breach this Agreement, the Terms of Use or the Naseeb Code of Conduct.

Any refund following termination for misconduct is subject to the Terms of Use and applicable law.

8. Privacy

Personal information processed through the Concierge service is handled in accordance with the Naseeb Privacy Policy.

Information concerning potential candidates and people contacted through Concierge must be treated confidentially and must not be published, shared, used for social-media content or disclosed for purposes unrelated to the proposed marriage introduction, except as permitted by the Terms of Use or required by law.

9. Agreement

By selecting the acceptance box and purchasing the Concierge service, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Concierge Service Agreement and the Naseeb Terms of Use.
